We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to pay
through NBS for Life University.
*Please
note that if your automatic payments are not processed on your payment due
dates and do come back as delinquent or as insufficient funds, you will be
dis-enrolled and charged a 25% dis-enrollment fee based on your unpaid
tuition balance.
Terminating
Your Agreement
If you have signed up for an agreement but now your balance is zero due to a
direct payment via EagleNet or financial aid disbursement posted to your
account, it is your responsibility to terminate your agreement by filling out
and submitting a Nelnet Cancellation Request Form at least 3 business days
prior to your automated payment due date. This form can be found on the Life
University website under Student Accounts and submitted at the Student Advocacy
Desk. If your
agreement is NOT terminated, your automated payment will still be deducted from
your account on your scheduled payment due date.
If
your payment is processed by Nelnet and you do have a zero balance, it will be
posted back to your account once the school receives the funds.
If
you are wanting to register for the upcoming quarter, and you still have a
remaining payment due, you are welcome to pay ahead of your payment due date
directly through EagleNet, and follow the process detailed above to terminate
your agreement.
Balance
Adjustments
If
your balance does need to be adjusted after you sign up for your agreement
because of a change in registration or a financial aid disbursement, please
contact the Office of Student Accounts at studentaccounting@life.edu.
